Be Present Pilates

I offer private sessions and duets available at my fully equipped home studio on in Santa Cruz. Packages provide a discount on the session price.

You will receive an introduction to Pilates and all its principles, in a safe and easy to understand format. It will be individualized to fit the needs of each person, depending on fitness level and injuries. This session sets the ground work to achieve the most benefits in future sessions by teaching proper alignment, breathing and muscle engagement.

Please note all sessions are 55 minutes

Individual :

• 1 session.......................................$100

• 5 sessions.....................................$485

• 10 sessions...................................$950

Duets :

• 1 session.......................................$55 per person

Please give 24 hrs cancellation notice to avoid being charged. All packages must be used within 3 months. Packages are non-refundable. Any unused portion will be forfeited.
